Acer palmatum 'Osakazuki' has seven lobed foliage that is green in spring and summer, but in autumn it transforms into a blaze of fiery scarlet. Many believe 'Osakazuki' to have the most intense, long lasting scarlet autumn colour of all the Japanese Maples.
